Welcome to the

Microbiome Metabolomics Lab

Exploring the interplay between host, microbiome and environment.

Established in 2018, we are a team of young, enthusiastic scientists applying a broad range of knowledge to the dissection of host–microbiota–environment interactions. Our combined expertise in chemistry, microbiology, and immunology synergize our investigations into the structures of molecular factors produced by symbionts and the functions of these factors in host physiology and disease.

We are a member of the Center for Experimental Therapeutics and Reperfusion Injury (CETRI) in Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
